While she makes frequent trips to her home of origin in East Tennessee, Ms. Alexander resides with her two children in Nashville, where she has lived and worked since 1995. Ms. Alexander enjoys baking, hiking, and traveling.

“Growing up surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and lakes of East Tennessee, nature was always important to me. I was taught by my family, many of whom were farmers, that while we do have to use natural resources, we should be responsible in doing so or we are only hurting ourselves. Today, the government is more interested in protecting polluters, producers of toxic chemicals, and pharmaceutical companies than protecting our land and health. If people want accountability and protection, they must act on their own or with the help of an attorney.”
